1.	Chief Executive Officer	a) Age– Not below 35 years of age on the date of advertisement. b) Qualifications– Candidate shall be Graduate, preferably with a) Qualification in banking/ Co-operative Banking such as CAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification or b) Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/ M.B.A. or c) Post Graduation in any discipline. c) Experience – Candidate should have combined experience of at least 8 years at Middle/Senior management level in Co-operative /Commercial Banks. Experience in the field of marking, finance shall an added advantage
2.	General Manager/Chief operating officer	a) Age– Maximum 45 years. b) Qualifications– Candidate shall be Graduate, preferably with a) Qualification in banking/ Co-operative Banking such as CAIIB,JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification or b) Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/ M.B.A. or c) Post Graduation in any discipline. c) Experience- Minimum 10 years of Branch Manager or Middle Management / Minimum 5 years of Senior Management level Experience having worked with co-operative Banks/Nationalized Banks having Knowledge of Banking System. Preference will be given to the candidate having thorough knowledge of Loan Dept and Credit Appraisal.
3.	Chartered Accountant	a) Age– Below 40 Years b) Qualifications– C.A c) Experience– For this post, the candidate should have 3 years experience in the field of banking or finance.
4.	Branch Manager	a) Age– Not below 40 years of age on the date of advertisement. b) Qualifications– B.com ,M.com, JAIIB / CAIIB Or Equivalent Professional Qualification. c) Experience– CBS Operating Banks Branch Manager / Middle Management Level. Min 5 Years Experience 4) MS-Office and Excel Knowledge must.
5.	IT Network Engineer	a) Age– Not below 35 years of age on the date of advertisement. b) Qualifications– MCA / BCS / BCA / BSC (COMPUTER) c) Experience– IT Graduate from Recognized University with Minimum CCNA & CCNP certification with minimum 5-year Experience of Networking & connectivity. In Dept Knowledge of Switch, Firewall, router installation, NFS Network & RTGS Network, Network Protocols, Netting, Network Monitor, Active Directory implementation, Cyber Security Compliance.
6.	IT Support Staff	a) Age– Not below 35 years of age on the date of advertisement. b) Qualifications– BE/MCA /BCS/BCA/BSC (COMPUTER). c) Experience– IT Graduate from recognized University with Min 3 years of Exp in Core banking software support, ATM/Delivery channel support, Branch Support and all EDP cell activities.
